PKR48 Terms and Conditions – Rules & User Agreement

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between PKR48 ("the Platform", "we", "us") and any individual ("you", "the Player") who registers an account, makes a deposit, places a bet, plays a casino game, or uses any feature available on the PKR48 website or mobile application.

PKR48 is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, casino games, live casino, slots, and related services. The platform is designed for use by adult Pakistani players and all transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

These Terms should be read alongside the PKR48 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and PKR48. Where any conflict exists between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless otherwise stated.

By using PKR48, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction, that you are accessing the platform voluntarily for entertainment purposes, and that you accept full personal responsibility for your use of the platform including all financial decisions made while using it.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use PKR48 you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf — not on behalf of any other person or legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing from any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or family member of an employee of PKR48 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration including your real full name, date of birth, valid email address, and active phone number.

PKR48 reserves the right to request identity verification at any point. This may include a copy of a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

3 Account Rules

Each registered player is entitled to one PKR48 account. The following rules apply to all accounts:

• Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow another person to use your PKR48 account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you personally authorised it.
• Your username and password must be kept confidential. PKR48 will never ask for your full password through any channel including support chat or email.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact PKR48 support immediately via live chat.
• You must keep your registered contact details — email address and phone number — up to date. PKR48 is not responsible for missed communications resulting from outdated contact information.
• Accounts showing no login or transaction activity for a period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account handling is outlined in our standard account maintenance procedures accessible via the support team.

4 Deposits & Payments

PKR48 accepts deposits through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer (IBFT), debit and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard), and approved mobile wallets. All deposits are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

• The minimum deposit is PKR 500 across all payment methods. Maximum deposit limits per transaction vary by method and are displayed on the deposit screen before you confirm.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — from a family member's JazzCash, another person's bank account, or any account not matching your registered identity — are not accepted and will be returned pending identity verification.
• PKR48 does not apply platform fees on deposits. Processing charges from your own bank or mobile wallet provider are outside PKR48's control.
• Deposits made in error cannot be automatically reversed. Contact support immediately if a deposit was made to the wrong account or in the wrong amount.
• PKR48 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or hold any deposit that appears suspicious, is flagged by the payment processor, or is connected to suspected fraudulent activity.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your deposit wherever possible. PKR48 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in your account withdrawal screen.
• Before your first withdrawal, PKR48 may require identity verification including submission of a valid CNIC or passport copy. This is a standard security step and applies to all players.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the PKR48 payments team. Standard processing time is within 24 hours on business days. VIP players at Gold tier and above receive priority withdrawal processing.
• PKR48 does not charge a platform fee on withdrawals. Fees applied by your bank or mobile wallet are outside our control.
• Withdrawals from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements being met in full. Real-money funds and bonus funds are tracked separately in your account balance display.
• PKR48 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal if the account shows unusual activity or if the withdrawal amount is significantly higher than previous transaction history on the account.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

PKR48 runs a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and VIP rewards. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are displayed clearly before you opt in. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Eligibility criteria are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Each bonus has a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be bet before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are shown in the promotion details before you accept.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any unwagered bonus funds remaining after the expiry date are forfeited automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage or not at all — this is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once is strictly prohibited and leads to account suspension. PKR48 monitors for duplicate account patterns across devices, IP addresses, and payment methods.
• PKR48 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled after you have already opted in and met the stated terms, any eligible bonus already credited will be honoured.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly before wagering requirements are met.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity on PKR48:

• Bets placed are binding once confirmed. PKR48 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed bets except in circumstances where a market is voided by PKR48 at its discretion (for example, due to a data error, event cancellation, or obvious pricing error).
• Sports betting markets are offered on cricket (PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs, Test matches), football, and esports among other sports. Market availability, odds, and in-play options vary by event.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to live data availability. PKR48 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice.
• Casino games — including slots, live casino, and crash games — operate on certified random number generation. Game outcomes are not influenced by bet size, account history, or any external factor.
• If a technical fault occurs during a game round or bet placement, the round or bet may be voided and stakes returned. PKR48 is not liable for winnings that would have been generated had the fault not occurred.
• Maximum bet and win limits apply on all games and sports markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market. PKR48 reserves the right to impose additional limits on individual accounts without prior notice.
• Payouts on voided bets or cancelled markets are returned to your PKR48 balance, not automatically to your payment method.

8 Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PKR48 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances including any pending withdrawals:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, spin slots, or interact with any part of the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, technical faults, or pricing mistakes. Any winnings generated through such exploitation are void and will be removed from the account balance.
• Collusion with other players — coordinating bets, chip dumping in poker or table games, or any form of match-fixing or pre-arranged outcome manipulation.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, including depositing funds and withdrawing without genuine gaming activity.
• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity or payment details to create an account.
• Attempting to access or interfere with other players' accounts or any part of the platform's backend infrastructure.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification, or submitting forged or altered documents.

PKR48 actively monitors accounts for prohibited activity using automated systems and manual review. If you suspect another player of prohibited activity, please report it via the live chat support team.

9 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your PKR48 account credentials including your password and any two-factor authentication method you have set up. PKR48 recommends the following security practices:

• Use a strong, unique password for your PKR48 account — one not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) through your account security settings. This adds a second layer of verification for logins and withdrawals.
• Never share your login details with anyone, including family members. PKR48 support staff will never ask for your password through any channel.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices.
• If you receive a suspicious email, message, or notification claiming to be from PKR48, do not click any links and report it to the support team immediately.

PKR48 encrypts all data transmitted between your device and the platform. Payment details are handled by the payment gateway and are not stored directly on PKR48 servers. Despite these measures, you remain responsible for maintaining the security of your own device and connection.

10 Responsible Gaming

PKR48 is an entertainment platform. Gaming should be enjoyable and should remain within your personal budget. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all available free of charge in your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced immediately or increased after a 7-day cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a time reminder that prompts you to review your session after a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently restrict your access to PKR48. Temporary exclusions can be set from 24 hours up to 6 months. Permanent exclusion closes your account with no option to reopen it.
• Reality Check: Enable regular on-screen summaries of time spent and net activity during a session.

PKR48 is for adults aged 18 and above only. If you are concerned about your own or someone else's gaming habits, speak with the support team. Gaming should never be used as a way to recover financial losses or as a source of income.

11 Suspension & Account Closure

PKR48 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable identity information.
• Suspected or confirmed prohibited activity as outlined in Section 8.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Chargeback requests initiated through a bank or payment provider without prior contact with PKR48 support.
• Account inactivity for an extended period in accordance with dormant account procedures.

Where an account is closed for a Terms breach or prohibited activity, all balances including pending withdrawals may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting the PKR48 support team via live chat. Voluntary account closures are processed within 48 hours. Any active bonus funds at the time of closure are forfeited.

12 Limitation of Liability

PKR48 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. The following limitations apply:

• PKR48 is not liable for losses caused by platform downtime, technical faults, internet connectivity issues on the player's end, or events outside PKR48's reasonable control.
• PKR48 is not responsible for financial decisions made by players on the platform. Betting and casino gaming involve risk; players accept that responsibility fully upon registration.
• PKR48's total liability to any individual player in connection with the platform does not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits PKR48's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13 Privacy & Data

PKR48 collects and processes personal data in accordance with the PKR48 Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data for the purposes of account management, payment processing, identity verification, security, and platform improvement.

PKR48 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment processors and identity verification providers is limited to what is necessary to complete the relevant transaction or verification step.

14 Changes to These Terms

PKR48 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address on their account at least 7 days before the updated terms come into effect.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you should close your account before the effective date. Closing your account due to a terms change does not forfeit any verified real-money balance.
